Before opening Marketti Law Firm, I spent years as a business trial attorney representing companies and families in high-stakes disputes. I saw how quickly legal issues can spiral into expensive, time-consuming battles when families and businesses don’t have protections in place or a lawyer truly looking out for their best interests.

That experience inspired me to create a boutique practice that’s approachable, proactive, and focused on long-term relationships — so local business owners and families can protect what matters most and move forward with confidence.

My Family Story

On a personal level, this work is deeply meaningful to me. Two of my grandparents battled dementia, and I saw firsthand how overwhelming it was for my family to navigate medical and financial decisions without a plan. That experience showed me how critical it is to put protections in place early — so families can focus on love and care, not stressful legal chaos.

As a mom of three and fellow small business owner, I also understand what’s at stake for busy families and small business owners. Your business isn’t just paperwork — it’s your livelihood, your family’s security, and your legacy. That’s why I take protecting it personally.

I earned my law degree from The University of Illinois Chicago School of Law in 2005 and my undergraduate degree from Indiana University. I’m also a proud Lincoln-Way East graduate and Frankfort resident, raising my family here in the community I love.

When I’m not practicing law, you’ll find me cheering on my kids from the sidelines, volunteering locally, or supporting the small businesses that make this area so special. Frankfort and Will County aren’t just where I work — they’re home.
